One-day excursion from Marrakech to Ouarzazate

 

     

Marrakech - THE KASBAH - CINEMA STUDIO - OUARZAZATE     

 

     Marrakech – Haut Atlas – Kasbah Talouet – Kasbah Ait Benhadou - Kasbah Taourirt – Cinéma Studio - Ouarzazate :

 

 

     Departure from Marrakech in a 4x4 towards Ouarzazate, the gateway to the Great South, crossing the High Atlas mountain range via the Tizi n'Tichka pass at 2260m. We continue along a difficult but unmissable track with exceptional landscapes which will lead us to the village of Telouet to visit the Kasbah of El Glaoui and the village of Ait Benhaddou.We will then visit the ksar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Kasbah of Taourirt and the film studio museum. 


 

                    Highlights of excursions  :

 

• The High Atlas mountains and their Tizi N'tichka pass (2260m).

• Very authentic Berber villages where people still live in harmony with nature.

• The famous Kasbah of GL 'GLAOUI' former Pasha of Marrakech and - the impressive Ounila valley.

• The famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou is protected by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site (since 1987).

• Visit to the studios and the film museum.
